Why Brown Swiss cows?

Brown Swiss are beautiful with their large "fluffy" ears, big brown eyes and color. They have a quiet, docile temperament and you don't see them every day.

Brown Swiss are mostly A2 milk producers. Their milk has an ideal fat-to-protein ratio (averaging 4.1% fat and 3.37% protein) which sets them apart from other breeds for cheese making. Plus their milk is thick, creamy and delicious!

Brown Swiss cows adapt well to high altitudes and hot or cold climates and produce large volumes of high butter fat and protien rich milk.
